BestEvent is an independent comparison service — we do not issue insurance policies ourselves. When you request a quote or click through to view an offer, we may share the event and contact details you provided with the relevant insurance carrier or partner so they can generate a quote or process your application. Those partners handle your information under their own privacy policies once you leave our Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may otherwise share information:

• With service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics).

• To protect the rights, property, or safety of BestEvent, our users, or others.

We use a session cookie to save your place in the quote comparison flow (such as which step you're on and the answers you've entered) so a page refresh doesn't lose your progress. This cookie is cleared when you close your browser. We do not use this cookie for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may prevent your progress from being saved.
